In the Seminar, Mr. Kelik Eko Raharjanto, ST as Director and Owner of PT GLR conveyed the importance of ISO 9001 as a strong foundation in order to support & control Supply Chain Management, namely with a Process Approach, Risk Analysis, HR Competency, HR Training, Evaluation/Audit, Consistency & Implementation of SOP/Procedures, Top Management Commitment, Good Communication & Coordination and continuous improvement.

The seminar was attended by around 100 participants and was generally very useful and provided inspiration or input for logistics business people, NLC members, students, etc.
