Presentation of ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate PT. Halim Dirgantara Partners

Saturday, August 20 2016, was a historic day for PT. Halim Mitra Dirgantara or Halim Trans Cargo (HTC) in connection with holding a celebration event for the achievement of the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate which was held at the same time as the Inauguration of the HTC Warehouse by Mr. Chapy Hakim - HTC Advisor and Distribution of Scholarships for sons & daughters of HTC Employees who excel.

Halim Mitra Dirgantara or better known as Halim Trans Cargo (HTC) was founded on June 4 2000 and for the past 16 years has proven to be trusted by various companies/agencies, both state and private, in domestic and international goods delivery services.

ISO 9001:2015 certification is one part and commitment of HTC Top Management in order to face the era of globalization and preparation for the Asian Economic Community (AEC) as well as to guarantee quality, timely, safe, effective and efficient goods distribution services and provide satisfaction to customers.

Receiving the latest certificate with the 2016 version by HTC is a very special gift and present because it coincides with the 71st Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia.

The struggle to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification is a commitment of Top Management & all HTC staff from the Director to the Office Boy and this is not something that is easy for HTC to overcome because it is carried out during daily work activities, carried out on Saturdays and Sundays & holidays, including even after working hours until late at night and through the holy month of fasting and the Eid holiday. "This latest version for all companies in the world will actually only start in 2016, so this is a high commitment from HTC."

The ISO 9001:2015 Certification process at HTC was initially through a consultant, namely PT. Griya Langgeng Raharja (GLR), which is led, guided and coached directly by its Main Director, Kelik Eko Raharjanto, ST, who was then appointed as HTC's Quality Management Representative (QMR), took around 9 months, starting with 4 stages, namely:

Stage 1: Training & Workshop for understanding ISO 9001:2015 for all HTC employees.
Stage 2: Preparation of documents such as Quality Management Guidelines, Risk Guidelines, Standardized Procedures in each Division and Forms used and their implementation.
Stage 3: Training of Internal Auditors appointed by Top Management, Implementation of Internal Audit and Management Review Meetings as well as Corrective & Preventive Actions.
Stage 4: External Audit from the Worldwide Quality Assurance (WQA) Certification Body.

Officially, the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate was given from Mr. M.Aristian as WQA Country Manager who came along with the WQA Staff to Mr. Chris Muhartawan - Main Director of Halim Trans Cargo (HTC) accompanied by HTC Managers. In his speech, M.Aristian said that HTC's success was a result of the HTC Team's hard work in achieving the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate and hoped that this Certificate would be the first step in improving HTC's quality and service, while Mr. Chris Muhartawan said that achieving the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate was not a peak achievement but the beginning of HTC's struggle in achieving its Vision and Mission.

Kelik Eko Raharjanto or who is usually called Kelik hopes that HTC can set an example for other Cargo Companies in achieving the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate and what is more important is not only the need for the Certificate but also running and providing the best possible service to Customers.
